• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utility systems, including but not limited to water, sewer, gas, and telecommunications lines.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
• Excavate trenches, dig holes, and backfill excavated areas according to project requirements.
• Assist in the placement of pipes, conduits, cables, and other utility components.
• Support the team in the identification and resolution of on-site issues and challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, ensuring efficient progress.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
